Cecilia Conner, AGNP-C

Is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. With experience caring for adults and older adults across primary and post-acute care settings, she brings a broad understanding of chronic medical conditions to her work in rheumatology.

Cecilia understands that rheumatologic conditions can affect far more than the joints, often impacting a patient’s mobility, energy, and overall quality of life. She works closely with the rheumatology team to help patients manage chronic autoimmune and musculoskeletal conditions through ongoing disease management, medication monitoring, patient education, and preventive care.

She believes strongly in listening to her patients, helping them understand their condition and treatment options, and developing individualized plans that support their health and personal goals. Her approach combines evidence-based medicine with a practical, whole-person focus on maintaining function, independence, and overall wellness.

Outside of work, Cecilia enjoys spending time with her family and pets, trying new recipes, and relaxing with a good book.
